Job Title: Interior Designer – Commercial Interiors
Experience: 3–6 Years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on capability)
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to handle end-to-end design development for commercial interior projects. The role involves translating client requirements into concept-driven, functional, and visually compelling spaces.
Key Responsibilities
Stage 01 – Research & Analysis
- Conduct design kick-off meetings (online/onsite)
- Prepare Client Requirement Analysis Report
- Perform site analysis and documentation
Stage 02 – Programming & Space Planning
- Develop zoning diagrams and concept layouts
- Create and present mood boards
- Translate client needs into effective space planning solutions
Stage 03 – Design Development & Visualization
- Prepare furniture layouts, RCP, and flooring layouts
- Define preliminary scope of work with material specifications
- Create high-quality 3D visualization views
Additional Responsibilities
- Present design concepts to clients and manage revisions
- Coordinate with drafting and execution teams
- Ensure design intent is maintained during project execution
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in commercial interior design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and D5 / Enscape
- Strong skills in space planning and visualization
- Good client handling and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
