Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Respond to customer emails and queries promptly.
Provide accurate information and effective resolutions to customer concerns.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
Ensure proper documentation and updating of customer interactions in the system.
Adhere to company policies, process guidelines, and service standards.
Experience in handling inbound calls and email support is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
