Job Responsibilities
- Carry out daily preventive and corrective maintenance of plant machinery.
- Troubleshoot electrical breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime of machines.
- Handle and maintain PLC systems, servo motors, SMPS, relays, sensors, drives, control panels, and other automation equipment.
- Coordinate with machine manufacturers and suppliers for technical support and troubleshooting.
- Maintain electrical documentation and maintenance records.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve machine efficiency and reliability.
Skills & Requirements
- Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in industrial electrical maintenance, preferably in corrugation, packaging, or automated manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, servo motors, VFDs, relays, and industrial automation.
- Ability to independently diagnose and resolve electrical faults.
- Good English communication skills for coordination with overseas/domestic machine suppliers.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and safety standards.
Experience
- Preferred: 3–7 years in industrial maintenance.
Salary
- As per experience and capability.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Amta, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
