Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant with hands-on experience in Odoo software. The ideal candidate should be experienced in accounting operations, invoice raising, follow-ups, data entry, and basic HR operations, with a professional and soft-spoken attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities using Odoo ERP
- Raise invoices and ensure timely billing
- Handle follow-ups (FUPs) for payments and documentation
- Perform accurate data entry of financial and HR-related records
- Maintain accounting books, vouchers, and financial reports
- Support HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting
- Practical experience with Odoo software
- Experience in invoice raising, follow-ups, and data entry
- Exposure to HR operational activities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Soft-spoken, decent, and professional personality
Preferred Candidate:
- Immediate or short notice joiner
- Based in or willing to work from Mohali
