Responsibilities
* Welcome clients and visitors with a professional and friendly attitude.
* Serve water, tea, coffee, and refreshments to guests.
* Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean and presentable.
* Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
* Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare rooms before meetings.
* Handle courier deliveries and office mail.
* Maintain office supplies and pantry inventory.
* Coordinate with housekeeping, vendors, and maintenance staff.
* Assist the Founder with scheduling, reminders, travel bookings, and other administrative tasks.
* Support basic documentation, printing, filing, and data entry.
* Ensure guests have a premium experience while visiting the office.
Pay: ₹8,647.13 - ₹28,478.07 per month
