Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through the chat support channel in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer concerns related to orders, payments, returns, exchanges, refunds, and product information.
- Provide accurate information and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain quality standards while meeting productivity and response time targets.
- Record customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Follow company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team whenever required.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Deliver a positive customer experience while handling multiple chat conversations efficiently.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
