A PLC Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality training programs on PLC programming, industrial automation, and control systems. The trainer will provide theoretical and practical training to students, diploma holders, engineering graduates, and industry professionals, ensuring they gain hands-on experience with automation technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on PLC programming and industrial automation.
- Develop and update training materials, presentations, lab manuals, and assignments.
- Provide hands-on training using PLC hardware and simulation software.
- Teach PLC programming concepts, troubleshooting, and industrial applications.
- Conduct laboratory demonstrations and practical exercises.
- Guide students in automation-related projects and industrial applications.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper functioning of PLC training kits.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in industrial automation.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with SCADA, HMI, VFD, Sensors, and Industrial Automation Systems.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong practical and problem-solving abilities.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Instrumentation Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
- Certification in PLC/SCADA/Industrial Automation is preferred.
Experience
- Freshers with strong PLC and automation knowledge may also apply.
