We are looking for a proactive and organized Production Manager to oversee outdoor signage and printing projects from customer requirement gathering to final installation.
The ideal candidate will coordinate between customers, designers, production staff, and installation teams to ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Customer Coordination
- Meet customers and understand their signage, branding, and printing requirements.
- Conduct site visits when required.
- Communicate project updates and timelines to customers.
Project Planning & Design Coordination
- Prepare and consolidate project requirements, measurements, and specifications.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure customer requirements are translated into effective designs.
- Review designs with customers and obtain approvals before production.
Production Management
- Coordinate with the production team for timely fabrication and printing.
- Ensure materials, specifications, and quality standards are maintained throughout production.
- Monitor project timelines and resolve any production-related issues.
Installation & Site Execution
- Plan and coordinate installation activities with the outdoor work team.
- Supervise signboard installations at customer locations and ensure work is completed safely, professionally, and according to approved designs.
Working Days : Monday to Saturday
Working Hours : 9.30am - 7.30pm
