Maintenance Technician

Job Summary (Please call this no 9867744910 siddique.ahmad@burmaburma.in)The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen equipment, and general facility infrastructure to ensure smooth restaurant operations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of restaurant equipment and facilities.</li><li>Repair electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and civil maintenance issues.</li><li>Maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, refrigerators, freezers, exhaust systems, and dishwashers.</li><li>Inspect HVAC, lighting, water supply, and drainage systems regularly.</li><li>Attend maintenance breakdowns promptly to minimize operational downtime.</li><li>Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs).</li><li>Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and spare parts inventory.</li><li>Ensure all equipment complies with safety and hygiene standards.</li><li>Identify potential maintenance issues and recommend preventive measures.</li><li>Support outlet openings, closures, and renovation projects when required.</li><li>Follow company SOPs and workplace safety guidelines.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration &amp; Air Conditioning, or a related field.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in restaurants, hotels, or the food &amp; beverage industry.</li><li>Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment maintenance.</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.</li><li>Basic computer knowledge for maintaining service records.</li><li>Willingness to travel between outlets and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Preventive &amp; Breakdown Maintenance</li><li>Electrical &amp; Plumbing Repairs</li><li>HVAC &amp; Refrigeration Maintenance</li><li>Kitchen Equipment Troubleshooting</li><li>Time Management</li><li>Problem-Solving</li><li>Vendor Coordination</li><li>Safety Compliance</li><li>Teamwork and Communication</li></ul>Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,921.40 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Food provided</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
