Job Description –Execution Coordinator / Founder’s Office Operator.
We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to manage daily project activities, coordinate between teams, and ensure timely completion of tasks. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced startup environment and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Sales, HR, and Technical departments.
Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly status reports.
Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and maintain MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
Monitor pending tasks and follow up for closure.
Maintain project documents, trackers, and reports.
Communicate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders when required.
Identify project risks, delays, and escalate issues to management.
Support management in process improvements and operational tasks.
Handle urgent and ad hoc assignments as per business needs.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Time management and multitasking ability
Problem-solving mindset
Ability to work under pressure in startup culture
Basic knowledge of project management tools (ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Asana preferred)
Qualification:Any Graduate / MBA preferred
1–3 years of experience in coordination / operations / project management preferred
