We're Hiring | Medical Lab Technician (MLT)
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 2–3 Years
Qualification: Diploma MLT/Bachelors MLT (Mandatory)
Are you passionate about delivering accurate diagnostic services and ensuring quality patient care?
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests (Hematology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Serology, Immunology, etc.)
- Operate and maintain laboratory analyzers and diagnostic equipment.
- Validate and accurately document test results.
- Conduct quality control checks and equipment calibration.
- Follow laboratory SOPs, infection con
- control, biosafety, and quality standards.
Eligibility:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT).
- 2–3 years of experience in a hospital or diagnostic laboratory.
- Knowledge of laboratory equipment, quality control procedures, and clinical laboratory practices.
- Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
