Job Description: (0-1 Years)
- Monitor and support data flows and file transfer processes.
- Good to have experience in windows and Linux system.
- Assist in troubleshooting file transfer failures, connectivity issues, and workflow errors.
- Support daily MFT operations and ensure successful movement of files across systems.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalation processes.
- Work closely with senior engineers to resolve production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Participate in system health monitoring and operational support activities.
- Maintain documentation for processes, incidents, and operational procedures.
- Learn and contribute to automation initiatives for operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
