We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to grow our online presence, generate leads, and drive event registrations through strategic digital campaigns.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Marketing
- Manage and grow BeastDrive's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Create and execute content calendars.
- Plan and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
- Monitor audience engagement and community interactions.
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Run lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Monitor ad performance and improve ROAS, CPL, and CTR.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively.
Content & Branding
- Create compelling content, captions, and marketing copies.
- Coordinate with designers and videographers for creatives.
- Develop campaigns that increase brand awareness and registrations.
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels.
Lead Generation & CRM
- Generate qualified leads for BeastDrive events.
- Track and manage leads through CRM tools.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Website & SEO
- Update website content regularly.
- Implement basic SEO strategies to improve organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Suggest improvements based on data insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and lead generation.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in event marketing, fitness, sports, or lifestyle brands.
- Video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Graphic design knowledge using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations.

Pay: ₹10,408.24 - ₹25,675.55 per month
