Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the scheduled timeline.
- Monitor product quality and implement quality control measures.
- Optimize manpower, machines, and resources for maximum productivity.
- Minimize production downtime and improve process efficiency.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Store, Quality, Maintenance, and Dispatch departments.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and company policies.
- Monitor raw material consumption and production costs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Lead, train, and motivate production supervisors and operators.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
- Handle production planning, scheduling, and inventory coordination.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
