We are seeking an experienced Technical Office Manager to lead technical studies, project planning, and the execution support of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all Technical Office activities
- Review tender documents, specifications, and contractual requirements
- Coordinate technical studies and ensure compliance with project requirements
- Prepare and validate quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and project budgets
- Provide technical support and follow-up throughout project execution
- Review and approve shop drawings, technical submissions, and construction documents
- Identify technical and cost optimization opportunities
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and site teams
- Lead and develop the Technical Office team
- Prepare regular reports on project progress and technical performance
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the construction industry
- Strong experience in technical studies, quantity surveying, cost estimation, and project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant engineering software
- Solid knowledge of construction standards, regulations, and industry best practices
- Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
