As part of our expansion, we are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join our Sales & Business Development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Conduct Channel Partner (CP) visits to build and strengthen relationships with brokers and associates.
- Meet prospective clients to understand their property requirements.
- Arrange and conduct project presentations and site visits.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to booking closure.
- Negotiate pricing and finalize deals to achieve successful closures.
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking, and customer support.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
- Represent the company at property exhibitions, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3–4 years of experience in real estate sales/business development in the Gurugram market is mandatory.
- Experience in residential and commercial property sales is preferred.
- Existing network of Channel Partners (CPs) and brokers will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
