Job Title: Zone Head – Sales
Location: Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderbad, Mumbai, Kolkata, Delhi, NCR
We are looking for an experienced Zone Head – Sales to drive business growth and develop the market across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and revenue growth across the assigned zone.
- Develop new markets and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Generate and close project and B2B sales opportunities.
- Build relationships with MEP consultants, contractors, architects, builders and corporate clients.
- Develop and manage business through dealers and channel partners.
- Drive opportunities from lead generation through sales closure.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover of closed projects.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 4+ years of experience in field sales.
- Strong background in HVAC and ventilation-related sales.
- Experience selling solutions such as Ventilation Systems, AHU, FAHU, Fresh Air Systems, Air Handling Solutions or other HVAC-related products.
- Experience in Project Sales, Technical Sales or B2B Sales.
- Experience working with MEP consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders.
- Experience in channel/dealer development will be an added advantage.
- Ability to build a new market, develop a strong sales pipeline and close projects.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
