Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Coordinator with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the logistics industry. The ideal candidate will support the sales team in managing customer relationships, preparing commercial agreements, proposals, coordinating with operations, and ensuring seamless execution of logistics services. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills to contribute to business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team to manage customer inquiries, quotations, and service proposals.
- Prepare and submit competitive freight quotations for transportation, and logistics services.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and support new business development activities.
- Coordinate with operations, transport teams to ensure smooth service execution.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales pipelines, and CRM databases.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and business performance analyses.
- Follow up on pending quotations, contracts, and customer documentation.
- Assist in tender submissions, rate negotiations, agreements making and contract management.
- Support the sales team in achieving revenue and customer acquisition targets.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for prompt resolution.
- Monitor customer account performance and identify opportunities for business expansion.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, transportation, freight forwarding, and warehousing services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience.
- Knowledge of freight pricing, route planning, and logistics documentation.
- Experience in handling key accounts and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
