We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to handle customer communication after the sales process is completed. The role mainly involves talking to customers, sharing updates, coordinating basic post-sales processes, maintaining good customer relationships, and following up for pending payments and collections. Sales executives will not be involved after the sale is closed, so the CRM will be the main point of contact for customers. The work is simple, communication-based, and does not involve field work or sales targets. Candidates should have good communication skills in both English and Hindi, be polite and confident while speaking to customers, and be able to do regular follow-ups over calls and messages. Basic computer knowledge, organized working style, and professionalism are important. We are looking for someone responsible, consistent, and comfortable handling customer conversations and payment reminders.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
