Position: Site In-Charge – Solar O&MOpenings
Qualification
- B.Tech (EEE) / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Experience
- 2–3 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in Solar O&M projects preferred
Salary
- ₹22,000 – ₹35,000 per month
- Salary will be based on experience and technical expertise
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day operation and maintenance activities at the solar plant site
- Monitor plant performance, generation efficiency, and maintenance schedules
- Coordinate with technical and maintenance teams for smooth site operations
- Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Maintain site safety standards and ensure compliance with operational procedures
- Prepare basic reports related to site performance and maintenance activities
- Support troubleshooting and quick resolution of site-related technical issues
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of solar plant operations and electrical systems
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Ability to handle site activities independently
- Familiarity with safety procedures and reporting documentation
