Assistant Manager -Statutory Audit

Required Experience

3 - 4 years

Report to

Partner

KRA

Responsibilities

To carry out the Statutory Audits of Various clients,

Planning and review of financial statement as per IND-AS

Being a SPOC for the client

To take initiative in finalizing the Final report

To be updated with all the amendments to the applicable laws including Internal Financial Control over Financial Reporting

Work closely with the Partner to build client relationships.

Discussion with the Top Management and update them with Significant issues during the audit.

Conducting Reviews of the work done by Audit team and giving Partner Reviews.

To review the progress on a regular basis to assess team adherence to timelines and finalize whole assignment and train the fellow articled assistant

Required Candidate profile

Canditate Profile should include

Chartered Accountant with 3-4 years post qualification experience in Statutory Audit

Should have a knowledge of IGAAP/INDAS/IFRS

Expert knowledge of business processes, accounting, reporting and audit methodology

Be willing to travel to across India and abroad

Should have an ability to work under deadlines and demanding client conditions.

Excellent team management and client handling experience

Strong analytical skills
