Job Description
Ria's Creamery, a growing ice cream manufacturing company, is looking for an experienced and energetic Field Sales Executive to expand our market presence and increase product sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit retail stores, supermarkets, distributors, and wholesalers to promote and sell company products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities.
- Coordinate with distributors for product availability and timely delivery.
- Ensure proper product visibility and branding at customer locations.
- Submit daily sales reports and field visit updates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Field Sales (FMCG/Food & Beverage industry preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of the Chennai market.
- Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
