Job Description – Social Media & Marketing Executive Company: Satcura Lifesciences Private Limited Location: Gurugram, Haryana Job Type: Full-Time Position Social Media & Marketing Executive Job Responsibilities - Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms. - Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, and promotional content. - Develop creative social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. - Handle day-to-day social media posting, comments, messages, and inquiries. - Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar. - Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and product/service promotions. - Conduct basic market and competitor research. - Generate leads through social media and digital marketing activities. - Track social media performance and prepare regular reports. - Stay updated with current social media trends, hashtags, reels, and digital marketing techniques. - Support offline marketing activities, events, promotions, and brand-building initiatives. Candidate Requirements - Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field preferred. - 0–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or marketing. Experienced candidates will be preferred. - Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Canva, and basic digital marketing tools. - Good communication and content-writing skills. - Creative thinking and ability to generate new content ideas. - Basic knowledge of photography/video shooting and editing will be an advantage. - Ability to work independently as well as with a team. - Must be active on social media and understand current trends. Salary ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month, depending on qualification, skills, and experience.
