Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Beauty Trainer to train, mentor, and upskill beauticians and service professionals. The role involves delivering theoretical and practical training sessions, ensuring service excellence, and maintaining quality standards across teams.
Key Responsibilities Training & Development
Conduct classroom and hands-on training on beauty services (facials, clean-ups, waxing, threading, basic skincare, etc.)
Train on advanced services such as HydraFacial, chemical peels basics, and skin treatments (if applicable)
Develop training modules, SOPs, and learning materials
Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
Quality & Skill Monitoring
Conduct regular skill assessments and refresher sessions
Ensure adherence to hygiene, grooming, and safety standards
Monitor service quality and implement improvement plans
Support onboarding and certification of new professionals
Field & Operational Support (if required)
Visit service locations for on-ground training and audits
Identify skill gaps and provide corrective coaching
Coordinate with Operations and City Heads for training needs
Strong knowledge of skincare treatments and beauty techniques
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to train, mentor, and motivate teams
Certification in Cosmetology / Beauty Therapy preferred
Preferred
Experience in beauty & wellness industry
Multi-location team training exposure
Willingness to travel (if required)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
