We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Technical Lead (20+ years) to lead the design, delivery, and governance of enterprise-grade solutions spanning Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion Cloud, and Oracle PaaS/OCI. You will drive end-to-end technical ownership—from architecture and integration strategy to development standards, performance tuning, security, DevOps, and production support—while mentoring teams and partnering with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and resilient solutions.

Own technical architecture and solution design across EBS, Fusion SaaS, and PaaS/OCI, ensuring alignment with business objectives, NFRs, and enterprise standards.

Lead technical discovery, solution options, trade-offs, and roadmaps including modernization and cloud migration strategies.

Define and enforce architecture guardrails, design patterns, integration standards, coding conventions, and release governance.

Lead Fusion technical delivery across:

Inbound/Outbound integrations, event-driven integrations, and API strategy.

Reports/Extracts (e.g., BI Publisher), data loads, and automation.

Extensions using approved approaches (e.g., Oracle Visual Builder, OIC, APEX, and REST/SOAP integrations).

Work closely with functional leads to translate requirements into robust technical designs, ensuring compliance with Fusion extension policies.

Provide technical leadership for EBS R12 customization and support:

PL/SQL, Forms/Reports (if applicable), OA Framework, Workflow, XML Publisher, interfaces.

Performance tuning, troubleshooting, patch impact assessment, and production stabilization.

Lead EBS integration modernization and coexistence with Fusion, including hybrid integration patterns.

Drive PaaS solution delivery with focus on:
-
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC): integrations, orchestration, adapters, error handling, monitoring, and reusability.

VBCS / APEX: user experiences, extensions, and PaaS-based apps.
-
ATP/Autonomous, ORDS/REST enablement, data modeling, and performance.
-
OCI services (as required): networking concepts, identity, logging/monitoring, and deployment fundamentals.

Establish CI/CD, environment strategy, configuration management, and operational monitoring across PaaS components.
-
Own technical delivery plans, estimates, and execution across multiple streams.

Lead design reviews, code reviews, test strategy (unit/integration/regression), and release readiness.

Manage technical risks, dependencies, and escalations; ensure on-time delivery with high quality.

Ensure solutions meet security standards including identity/access, secrets management, data protection, auditability, and least-privilege controls.

Define operational runbooks and support procedures; lead root-cause analysis and problem management.

Mentor and coach developers/integration engineers; uplift team capability through standards, reusable assets, and knowledge sharing.

Partner with business stakeholders, program managers, and architects to shape solution direction and ensure alignment.

20+ years in Oracle technologies with strong leadership in complex enterprise programs.
-
Hands-on leadership across Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion Cloud, and Oracle PaaS/OCI implementations and support.

Oracle EBS: PL/SQL, concurrency, interfaces, workflows, custom objects, performance tuning.
-
Oracle Fusion: integration patterns, SaaS APIs, reporting/extracts, extension approaches.

Oracle PaaS / OCI:
-
OIC (preferred): integrations, adapters, orchestration, monitoring, error handling patterns.
-
VBCS and/or APEX, REST services, events, security models.
-
ATP/Oracle DB performance tuning, data modeling; ORDS is a plus.

Strong understanding of integration architecture (API-led, event-driven, batch, hybrid), observability, and resiliency patterns.

Architecture governance, technical documentation, design authority, and quality gates.

Strong stakeholder management; ability to explain complex topics in simple terms.

Experience with Agile delivery, DevOps/CI-CD, and environment/release management.

Experience with Oracle Cloud security and identity concepts (SSO, OAuth, roles/privileges).

Exposure to data platforms and analytics (OAC/FDI/FAW) or data integration patterns.

Experience in regulated environments (financial services, healthcare, public sector) with strong audit controls.
