What You'll Do
- Lead high-performing QA managers and quality engineering teams, ensuring delivery excellence through strong technical leadership, governance, and execution discipline.
- Define and drive comprehensive QA strategies across automation, performance, security, and release-readiness for multiple product lines.
- Establish and scale QA governance processes across teams to improve consistency, accountability, quality metrics, and release confidence.
- Drive organization-level quality strategy, partnering with engineering and product leadership to strengthen release quality and customer impact.
- Demonstrate executive presence, sound judgment, and strategic decision-making when leading cross-functional quality initiatives.
- Build a forward-looking hiring and talent development strategy that anticipates team growth, capability gaps, and succession needs.
Experience You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any STEM-related program
- 12–15 years of quality assurance experience in web-based or mobile product development environments.
- Minimum 3+ years of QA management experience leading teams of 10+ members.
- 5+ years of experience in automation, performance, or security testing for product-based environments.
- Exposure to any programming language such as C#, Java, or Python
- Proven experience designing, implementing, and scaling automation frameworks.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments while managing shifting priorities with clarity and composure.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD implementation, execution, and integration with quality engineering practices.
- Hands-on exposure to automation tools such as Appium, Selenium, or equivalent frameworks.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills to design effective, risk-based test scenarios.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to attract, assess, and hire strong talent by leveraging professional networks and representing SOTI at industry events and recruitment drives.
