Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Voice Process Executive – Sales to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers by effectively communicating product/service benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication
- Follow up on leads and maintain proper records in CRM
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal communication skills (English & Tamil preferred)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
- Positive attitude and sales-oriented mindset
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate / Diploma
- Freshers or candidates with sales/voice process experience can apply
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in telecalling / telesales / BPO sales
- Experience in broadband, telecom, or service-based sales is an added advantage
