The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, visual storytelling, and branding, with the ability to create engaging creatives for digital marketing, social media, and brand campaigns. Design engaging and high-quality creatives for social media, digital marketing, and branding campaigns.
Create static creatives, carousels, banners, promotional materials, and advertising assets.
Develop visually appealing content that aligns with brand identity and marketing objectives.
Assist in product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand communication initiatives.
Ensure consistency in design across all digital and marketing platforms.
Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop impactful visual concepts.
Translate campaign ideas into compelling visual designs.
Maintain brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
Incorporate feedback and revisions to deliver high-quality creative outputs.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Suggest innovative ideas to improve creative performance and user engagement.
Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
Freshers with a strong design portfolio are welcome to apply.
2–3 years of experience in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or Creative Design is preferred.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layouts.
Experience creating social media and digital marketing creatives.
Excellent creativity and visual storytelling skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Experience designing performance marketing creatives.
Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, or other design tools.
Understanding of branding, e-commerce, or D2C marketing.
Experience creating creatives optimized for Meta, Google, and other digital advertising platforms.
