Key Responsibilities :
1.Receive and greet visitors professionally.
2.Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
3.Make outbound calls to leads/customers as assigned.
4.Follow up with customers and maintain call records.
5.Manage basic administrative and office tasks.
6.Maintain visitor registers and databases.
7.Coordinate with internal teams when required.
Required Skills:
1.Good communication skills
2.Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
3.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel).
4.Good telephone etiquette.
Pay: Up to ₹144,000.00 per year
