Job Title: Technical Engineer
Location: Tambaram Municipal Corporation
Experience: 1 – 5 Years (Freshers also apply)
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in EEE, ECE, E&I, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics, or related fields.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain IoT-based automation systems installed at Tambaram Municipal Corporation sites.
- Handle installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electronic products.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper functioning of all installed systems.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly technical reports and submit them to management.
- Attend service calls and resolve technical issues within the committed timeline.
- Monitor device status through software platforms and ensure uninterrupted operation.
- Maintain records of installations, service activities, complaints, and corrective actions.
- Identify recurring technical issues and coordinate with the Production and R&D teams for permanent solutions.
- Ensure proper documentation, asset management, and compliance with project requirements.
- Provide technical support and training to client representatives whenever required.
- Maintain a professional relationship with municipal officials and stakeholders.
- Support project billing documentation, work completion reports, and project handover activities.
- Be willing to travel within the project area whenever required.
Key Skills Required:
- Knowledge of Electrical and Electronics systems.
- Basic understanding of IoT devices, sensors, controllers, and automation systems.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Report preparation and documentation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with government officials and clients.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
