Job Title: Business Development Associate – IT Recruitment

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and acquire new clients for IT Permanent Hiring services, with a strong focus on product companies and technology-driven organizations.
- Generate new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and client meetings.
- Build and onboard new client logos by understanding hiring needs and proposing customized recruitment solutions.
- Develop a healthy pipeline of hiring mandates and consistently achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with CHROs, Talent Acquisition Heads, Hiring Managers, and business decision-makers.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of quality candidates and exceptional client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on emerging technology trends, IT skill sets, hiring patterns, and market intelligence to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, manage client onboarding, and ensure smooth transition from business development to delivery.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with a proactive, target-driven, and growth-oriented mindset.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in IT staffing, permanent hiring, or recruitment sales are preferred.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
