Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the monthly/quarterly revenue and occupancy target for the region.
- Recruit, train, and performance-manage Sales Associates.
- Build and manage broker/channel partner relationships for lead flow.
- Own pricing/discount approvals within policy and escalate exceptions.
- Review and maintain pipeline health and forecast accuracy in Zoho CRM.
- Coordinate with Marketing on lead quality and campaign feedback.
- Submit monthly sales performance and forecast reports to leadership.
- Site visit at our workspace frequently.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
