Esnext is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Assistant (F)to support daily operations, communication, and coordination. This role also includes light involvement in social media management and company PR activities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both organization and brand interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks
- Handle emails, draft professional responses, and maintain communication records
- Conduct regular call follow-ups with clients, vendors, and partners
- Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Assist in managing company social media (posting, basic engagement, coordination with creators)
- Support PR and brand communication initiatives
- Maintain documentation, reports, and task tracking
Required Skills & Qualities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (Fluent English is mandatory)
- Highly organized with good attention to detail
- Proactive, dependable, and able to take ownership of tasks
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, etc.)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Eligibility
- 0–1 year of experience preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
- Must be willing to travel to Mumbai Central
