## Roles & Responsibilities
* Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, emails, and social media.
* Generate and qualify leads for our products and services.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
* Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.
* Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team.
* Follow up with leads to drive conversions.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or spreadsheets.
* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
* Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
## Requirements
* Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Any specialization).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confident in speaking with customers over phone and online platforms.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
* Quick learner with a positive attitude.
* Self-motivated and target-oriented.
