Strategic Maintenance Management: Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for plant machinery, equipment, and utilities
Utility Operations: Oversee the smooth functioning of critical plant utilities such as DG sets, HVAC systems, Boilers, Air Compressors, Transformers, and ETP/STP
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor the maintenance and utility teams to ensure high performance and safety
Budget & Inventory Control: Develop and manage the annual maintenance budget and oversee the procurement and inventory of critical spare parts
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations meet health, safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with external service providers for specialized repairs and installations
Continuous Improvement: Implement modern practices like Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and utilize CMMS software to analyze KPIs and reduce operational costs.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
