Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with leads generated through various channels.
- Explain PropCheckup's home inspection services and benefits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable inspection packages.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer objections and close sales.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
