Job Description
We are looking for a Design Engineer to join our engineering team in Warje, Pune. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of mechanical design, engineering drawings, and manufacturing processes. The role involves creating 2D and 3D designs, preparing technical drawings, and supporting product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Create 2D drawings and 3D models using SolidWorks.
- Interpret and prepare engineering drawings with GD&T.
- Develop designs based on project requirements.
- Generate manufacturing drawings with appropriate tolerances.
- Coordinate with production and vendor teams.
- Ensure design accuracy and compliance with engineering standards.
- Support design modifications and continuous improvement activities.
Eligibility
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1–2 years of experience in Design Engineering.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in SolidWorks.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes such as Turning, Milling, Grinding, VMC, and Wire Cut.
- Knowledge of basic measuring instruments.
- Exposure to die and tool making will be an added advantage.
- Ability to create 3D models from 2D drawings.
- Ability to prepare 2D manufacturing drawings from 3D models.
- Knowledge of core and cavity extraction for mould tools is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a team.
