We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to support the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, developing client relationships, and contributing to sales and revenue targets. The candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s presence in the real estate and construction market through strategic business development initiatives and effective client engagement.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate and construction sector.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, site visits, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, brokers, consultants, contractors, and channel partners.
- Conduct market analysis to identify customer requirements, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Present company projects, services, and proposals to prospective clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal departments including sales, marketing, and project teams to ensure seamless client servicing and project execution.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, agreements, and other relevant documentation.
- Negotiate commercial terms and assist in closing business deals effectively.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and lead management through CRM systems.
- Represent the company at business meetings, exhibitions, industry events, and networking forums.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
