Job Summary
**GENI HOMES** is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused **Customer Support Executive** with **1–3 years of experience** to join our team. The candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, schedule site visits, follow up with prospective customers, and support the sales team in converting leads into customers.
# Key Responsibilities
* Contact new and existing customers through inbound and outbound calls
* Explain GENI HOMES projects, including villas, plots, and construction services
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property solutions
* Schedule and confirm customer site visit appointments
* Follow up with leads regularly to maximize conversions
* Handle customer queries and provide accurate project information
* Update customer details and lead status in the CRM system
* Coordinate with the Sales and Site Teams for customer requirements
* Share project details, brochures, pricing, and offers through WhatsApp, SMS, or email
* Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets while maintaining excellent customer service
## Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in customer support, telecalling, or a related role preferred
* Insurance industry experience preferred
* Excellent communication and customer handling skills
* Experience in customer follow-up and lead conversion
* Basic computer and CRM knowledge
* Target-oriented with a positive attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Immediate joiners preferred
