Job Summary
We are hiring energetic and reliable Helper / Van Executives for Flipkart delivery operations. In this role, you will assist in loading, unloading, sorting packages, and accompanying the delivery van to deliver orders efficiently to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load delivery vans at the warehouse hub and unload packages at destination stops.
- Packet Sorting: Organize packages according to delivery routes to ensure fast drop-offs.
- Customer Delivery: Deliver parcels directly to customers and collect signatures or OTPs as required.
- Cash Collection: Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments when applicable and deposit them safely.
- Coordination: Assist the van driver and team lead with route navigation and smooth operations.
Payout & Incentives
- Per Packet Rate: ₹28 – ₹35 per packet (depending on weight/category/route)
- Weekly/Monthly Earnings: Potential to earn ₹700 – ₹1,200+ per day depending on packet volume.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum 8th Pass / 10th Pass (Freshers welcome)
- Age Limit: 18 years to 35 years
- Skills: Basic smartphone usage, map navigation, and area route knowledge
- Physical Fitness: Ability to handle physical movement, loading, and unloading of parcels
