The position demands coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing challenges to meet project goals effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Continuously evaluate project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
- Experience with designing and deploying integration solutions using cloud-based platforms.
- Strong knowledge of application configuration and customization techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with API management and service-oriented architecture concepts.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated software solutions.
