- Documentation: Managing and verifying essential paperwork such as Invoices, PODs (Proof of Delivery), and LRs (Lorry Receipts).
- Issue Resolution: Tracking shipments, troubleshooting delays, and managing stuck items or failed pickups.
- Vendor Management: Coordinating daily dispatches, vehicle allocation, and RTOs (Return to Origin) with courier partners.
