AccountingJob Description – Night Shift Associate, Data Annotation Department
Position Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associates to join our Data Annotation
team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates from B.Com, or BFA backgrounds who are eager to
build a career in back-office roles. The role involves tagging, labelling, and validating data to
support machine learning and AI projects across industries such as insurance, healthcare,
and financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform annotation and tagging of documents, images, and other data formats with
high accuracy.
- Review and validate annotated data to ensure consistency and compliance with
project guidelines.
- Work closely with the Quality and Project Management teams to meet SLA and
accuracy targets.
- Maintain proper documentation of tasks and follow standard operating procedures
(SOPs).
- Escalate issues, ambiguities, or challenges to supervisors for resolution.
- Continuously learn new tools, annotation methods, and project requirements.
- Contribute to maintaining data security and confidentiality standards (HIPAA/GDPR).
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), or Finance & accounting specialization
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, MS Word; exposure to digital tools preferred).
- Good communication and comprehension skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Interest in data, AI, or digital operations will be an added advantage.
