Position Title: Costing Executive – Apparel (Finance)

Role Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Costing Executive – Apparel to support the merchandising and sourcing team in product costing, vendor billing verification, and purchase order documentation. The role will ensure accurate product costing, timely bill processing, and seamless coordination between vendors, warehouses, and the Head Office to maintain efficient supply chain operations for TIGC’s fast-fashion business.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare product cost sheets for garments including fabric, trims, CM (Cut & Make), washing, packing, and logistics components.
- Verify and process vendor bills and warehouse invoices ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Validate mandatory documents related to vendor transactions and warehouse receipts.
- Ensure GRN (Goods Receipt Note) completion and timely submission of bills to the Head Office.
- Track fabric and trims leftover acknowledgements from vendors and maintain records.
- Raise and manage Purchase Orders (PO) as per merchandising and sourcing requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation for audit, finance, and vendor reconciliation.
- Coordinate with merchandising, warehouse, finance, and vendors to resolve discrepancies in costing or billing.
- Support the team in cost optimization and vendor price comparison.
KPI (Performance Metrics)
- Accuracy of garment costing sheets
- Timely processing of vendor bills and GRN documentation
- Purchase Order turnaround time and accuracy
- Vendor follow-up efficiency and issue resolution
- Documentation readiness for finance and audit compliance
Who You Are (Must-Haves)
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Fashion Management / Business Administration.
- 1–3 years of experience in apparel merchandising support, sourcing, costing, or vendor billing.
- Understanding of garment costing components (fabric, trims, CM, wash, packing).
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (costing sheets, vendor trackers).
- Knowledge of ERP / procurement systems is an advantage.
- High attention to detail and strong coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced fashion / retail environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
