Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining store hygiene, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the café and lounge. The role involves taking orders, preparing and serving beverages and food, handling billing transactions, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Key Responsibilities.
- Welcome and greet guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assist guests with menu selection and provide recommendations.
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing customer queries and concerns promptly.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits.
Order Taking & Billing
- Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
- Process billing and handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions.
- Ensure accuracy in billing and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
Food & Beverage Service
- Serve food and beverages as per company standards.
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as per recipes and SOPs.
- Coordinate with kitchen/barista staff to ensure timely service.
Store Operations
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area, service counters, and workstations.
- Ensure tables, chairs, and guest areas are clean and properly arranged.
- Assist in opening and closing store activities.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
