Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead and manage overall HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. The candidate will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business goals and building a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR operations and administration.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle recruitment and workforce planning for various departments.
- Manage employee onboarding, confirmation, and exit processes.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and HRMS activities.
- Handle employee grievance management and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct training and development programs for employees and managers.
- Support management in organizational restructuring and strategic HR planning.
- Maintain HR records, reports, and MIS data.
- Coordinate appraisal cycles and compensation reviews.
Required Qualifications
- MBA / MSW / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
- 7–15 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, corporate, or service industries.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹50,500.29 - ₹60,414.20 per month
