Engridd is looking for a Business Head to lead and scale our BIM Academy operations in Kerala. This role owns the business performance of the Centre, Franchise, associate institutions, and program delivery while ensuring a strong student experience and profitable growth.
What We're Looking For
- Strong business and operational leadership experience.
- Ability to manage P&L. drive growth, and scale educational or training operations,
- Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
- Experience in EdTech, training institutes, skilling, architecture, engineering, or BIM ecosystem is preferred.
- Strong communication and execution capabilities.
Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
