Position: Senior Business Development Manager

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹75,000 per month

Kadaknath Agro World is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Business Development Manager to accelerate growth, strengthen partnerships, and expand our market presence. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can turn opportunities into long-term business value while leading from the front.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional clients, and consistently drive revenue growth. The role includes developing and executing sales strategies, negotiating commercial agreements, analyzing market trends, and ensuring achievement of monthly and annual targets. Close coordination with marketing, operations, and leadership teams will be essential to align business goals with execution.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should have 3–4 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in FMCG, agriculture, or food-related industries. A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
