We are looking for a focused Inside Sales Executive whose primary responsibility is making sales calls and follow-ups to convert leads into enrollments for WST.
This is a result-oriented role, not a fixed-hours job.
Your day ends when your work is done.
Key Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound sales calls to leads
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Explain WST programs clearly
- Maintain call records and status
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets
Working Style (Important)
- No need to sit full day in office
- Come in, make your calls, close your work
- If targets are achieved early, you’re free to leave
- Performance matters more than hours
Ideal Candidate
- Confident on phone
- Comfortable with targets
- Self-driven and disciplined
- Good English + Malayalam
- Experience in sales is a benefit
