Position: Teleconsultation Doctor
Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Qualification: MBBS / BAMS / BHMS
Experience: Relevant experience in IVF, fertility, hospital, clinic, or teleconsultation preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct teleconsultations and handle patient queries related to fertility and IVF services.
- Provide basic medical guidance and explain treatment procedures under clinic protocols.
- Coordinate patient consultations and appointments with senior IVF specialists.
- Counsel patients regarding IVF/fertility treatments and clinic services.
- Follow up with patients and leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain proper patient records and consultation details.
- Coordinate with doctors and the clinic team for smooth patient management.
- Maintain professional, empathetic, and patient-friendly communication.
Requirements:
- MBBS / BAMS / BHMS degree is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong patient counselling and convincing skills.
- IVF/fertility or healthcare experience will be an added advantage.
- Good computer knowledge and ability to manage teleconsultations.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Salary:
₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and communication skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
